Dr. Olga Abeysekera has an extensive academic and professional background, consistently displaying equal passion for both
Her academic qualifications were all attained at Monash University. Her degrees include a bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Management, a bachelor of Honours in Business and Commerce (First Class) and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Management.
Olga’s philosophy revolves around education, motivation and the idea of continuous improvement. Recognising that we never stop learning, Olga strives to provide essential and invaluable skill building opportunities to students throughout their studies.
