About Dr Olga

The founder of DR. STUDY and the Dr. Progress Group, Olga has an extensive academic and professional background, consistently displaying equal passion for both. Her academic qualifications were all attained at Monash University, including a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Psychology and Management, a Bachelor of Honours Degree in Business and Commerce (for which she achieved First Class Honours), and a Doctor of Philosophy in Management. In accomplishing the latter, Olga’s thesis explored the joint effects of Individual Differences and Social Networking on Creativity in the Australian High-Tech Industry.

Olga’s professional experiences include private and university tuition (at leading Australian tuition centres and a group-of-eight University), university lecturing, and consultative research. To date, Olga has maintained exemplary teaching reviews and positive feedback on consulting projects. Olga is also active in academic research having published in top ranking journals.

Most of her university based teaching has revolved around Management studies (such as, International Business, Organisational Behaviour and Organisational Change and Development). Privately, Olga has taught Mathematics and English, and provided specialised tuition (such as, Essay Excellence and Referencing Skills). Olga’s consultation experience has involved corporate social network mapping, creativity enhancement, conflict resolution, supply chain expansion, high-tech innovation and global integration.

Olga’s philosophy revolves around education, motivation and the idea of continuous improvement. Her colleagues would describe her as a passionate educator and knowledgeable strategist. Recognising that we never stop learning, Olga strives to provide essential and invaluable skill-building opportunities to people throughout their study and work lives.

Currently, Olga is utilising her pool of experiences and resources to develop new and innovative skill-building and consulting programs to allow people to improve and perfect their study and work outcomes.
